UAE School Calendar for Next Three Years Announced

The 2018-2021 calendars applies to private schools with foreign curriculums, as well as public and private schools that follow the curriculum of Ministry of Education (MoE). The public and private school calendars for the next three years have been announced by the Ministerial Council for Development.

For teaching and academic staff working for public and private schools that apply the MoE’s curriculum, they will begin rejoining schools for the school year 2018-2019 on August 26, 2018, and students will be back on September 2, 2018.

The winter break shall commence on December 16, 2018 to January 10, 2019, while the winter recess for the academic staff will start on December 23, 2018 and end on January 3, 2019.
